Managing Your Sales Pipeline

The CRM pipeline is a visual representation of your sales process. It allows you to see which stage each deal is in and forecast your future revenue.
1. Customize Your Stages
Go to Settings > CRM > Pipeline Stages. Here you can create, rename, and reorder the stages to match your actual sales process (e.g., "First Contact", "Proposal Sent", "Negotiation").
2. Move Deals
In the Pipeline view (CRM > Deals), simply click and drag a deal card from one column to another to update its status. It's that easy!
