How to Create Your First Invoice

Creating and sending professional invoices is one of the core tasks in Dreamcount. Follow these simple steps to generate your first invoice in under two minutes.

Step 1: Go to the Invoicing Section

In the main menu, click on Sales > Invoices. This will take you to the main list of all your invoices.

Step 2: Click on "New Invoice"

In the top-right corner, you'll find the blue "+ New Invoice" button to open the creation form.

Step 3: Fill in the Invoice Data

The form is very intuitive. The main fields are:

  • Customer: Select an existing customer or create a new one on the fly.
  • Issue Date and Due Date: Define the payment terms.
  • Items: Add the products or services you are billing for. You can select them from your catalog (with auto-filled price and description) or enter them manually.

Step 4: Save and Send

Once you've reviewed the information, you can Save as Draft or Save and Approve to finalize it. Once approved, you can download the PDF or email it directly to your customer with one click.
