Creating Your First Project and Assigning Tasks

Project management in Dreamcount helps you organize work and collaborate with your team.

1. Create the Project

Go to Management > Projects and click "+ New Project". Give it a name, assign it to a customer (optional, it can be an internal project), and choose a project lead.

2. Add Tasks

Within the project, you can start creating tasks. Assign a clear description, a due date, and the responsible team member. Each assigned person will see their tasks on their own dashboard.
