How Automated Contract Billing Works

Recurring billing is ideal for subscription services, retainers, or maintenance contracts. Set it up once, and Dreamcount handles the rest.

1. Create the Contract

Go to Management > Contracts and create a new contract. Link it to a customer and define the start and end dates.

2. Add Recurring Items

Within the contract, add the services or products that will be billed periodically, along with their price.

3. Set the Frequency

Choose the billing frequency (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) and the start date. Dreamcount will automatically generate and send the invoice on each cycle.
