Control what each team member can do.
In Settings > Users & Roles, first create the roles you need (e.g., "Salesperson", "Accountant"). Then, assign specific permissions to each role (e.g., "Create Invoices", "View Financial Reports"). Finally, when inviting a user, simply assign them the corresponding role.
